This series is an electrode sensor integrally formed of conductive ETFE. In order not to cause electrolytic corrosion, we have prepared a drive circuit CP-D-1224 dedicated to electrode sensors. In addition, two types of drive circuit integrated type transistor output and relay contact output are available. The CP-1030 series is suitable for low viscosity liquids, and the CP-S1000 series is suitable for medium viscosity liquids and liquid level detection on the bottom of tanks. There are three types of control unit convenient for sensor control: transistor output relay contact output, 12A direct open / close (PSE compatible).

This controller has a dedicated drive IC to prevent electrolytic corrosion. The HSU-2001 is a space-saving, compact control unit for installation. The lineup includes two types: transistor output and relay contact output. There are two types of HSU-2001-T transistor output and HSU-2001-R relay contact output. The power supply voltage can be selected from DC12V and DC24V. By adjusting sensitivity, it is possible to detect from relatively clean well water with high resistance value to ionized chemical solution with low resistance value.

This product is a type of liquid level sensor that detects the attenuation of ultrasonic vibration applied to the tip of the sensor. The body is all stainless steel (SUS316L) and the movable part and rubber dampers unique to vibration sensors are not used at all, so it can be used inside a pressure vessel. It is possible to detect liquids such as beer and detergent that are prone to bubbles.
