This is a polypropylene float switch (level switch) to which a reed switch is applied. Ideal for detecting saltwater, hypochlorous acid aqueous solution, etc. Molding was performed twice so that the magnet of the float part was not exposed, and the liquid contact part made of 100% polypropylene resin was realized. Select HL-L3 type when it can be connected to a microcontroller or PLC. For use under harsh environments such as high pressure and UV exposure, we recommend the stainless steel HL-M series.

Float switch sensor is installed in PE resin tank. 3 variations of tank is available: 5 litres, 10 litres, and 20 litres. There are also 2 variations of float switch: PP and SUS304.
Notifications can be issued when the tank is empty or full. Level monitoring and control can be done easily when working with control unit HSU-1002T.

General-purpose stainless steel type of reed switch sensor. Ideal for use in harsh environments such as high fluid flow, high pressure, and under UV light.
However, since stainless steel float switch is easily corroded in salt water, we recommend the Polypropylene HL-L1 for applications with salt water.
HL-M can be connected to Microcontroller or PLC, at your option, to controlthe flow system. The HL-M-R type is a product that can easily control full tank
and empty tank with a single float switch. (Patented product)
